DATABASE SEARCH:

Click to navigate to the search facility.   Can search by the following:

• To check if application was received.
• To search by Organisation Number
• To search by Organisation Name
• To search by Number of Organisations 

DOWNLOAD FUNCTION:  

Download a specific organisation details to Microsoft Excel:  

• Select the specific organisation, Click on the Select button on the datagrid. The Bank, Member and Financial details will appear.
• Select the specific information to download, Click on one of the following buttons:

Ø      Download Specific Organisation details to Excel  OR

Ø      Download Bank details to Excel            OR

Ø      Download Member details to Excel        OR

Ø      Download Financial details to Excel  

A screen will appear where you can select specific options to:

~ Open (the file),

~ Save (the file),

~ Cancel  OR

~ More Info.

Click on the appropriate button.

Download a group of organisation details to Microsoft Excel:

Click on the Download Organisation details to Excel - All records as per search criteria button.   

A screen will appear where you can select specific options to:

~ Open (the file), 

~ Save (the file),

~ Cancel  OR

~ More Info. 

Click on the appropriate button.

FEEDBACK:  

Provide FeedBack on the Search Facility:  

• FeedBack       -        Enter feedback on the search facility
• Name            -        Contact details: your name
• Telephone      -        Contact details; your telephone number
• E-mail           -        Contact details; your e-mail address  

After entering the above information Click on the Submit button and a message ‘FeedBack Accepted’ will be displayed.  

Note:At least the FeedBack, Name and Telephone variables must be completed before clicking on the Submit button. If not a message ‘Feedback & Name & Telephone variables must be completed, Please click on Re-Try to continue’.
